Calamari- Lightly breaded and flash fried tossed in a sweet chili sauce and topped with black sesame seeds.
Tuna Tartare- Sushi grade tuna tartare, toasted white sesame seeds, and crostinis.
Zucchini Poppers- Hand breaded fresh mozzarella wrapped in sliced zucchini fried crisp. Served with a side of marinara sauce.
Crab Stuffed Filet- 8 oz. filet cooked to your liking, stuffed with fresh crab & seasonings, and served with a side of bleu cheese mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.
Skillet Chicken- Iron skillet seared chicken, demi-glace, sautéed mushroom & onions, provolone cheese, roasted red potatoes, and vegetable of the day.
Blackened Tuna Steak- Blackened Ahi tuna steak served with a side of wild rice, vegetable of the day, and topped with a strawberry chutney.
