Cream Ale with Coffee from Novo Coffee. Made in collaboration with Crafty Ladies.
A bold and punchy double IPA with resinous undertones and a bright pine and citrus finish. Hopped with Apollo, Simcoe, Citra, Columbus, Calypso and Chinook.
Depth, complexity and richness occur when delicious ale ages in a barrel, just as friendship grows over the years. This stout was created in collaboration with our friends from Philadelphia’s Standard Tap and Johnny Brenda’s restaurants. Using their delicious hand-roasted JB’s Coffee, our bourbon barrels deliver a bold and robust, chocolate malt-tinged stout. We invite you to toast the Victory of friendship and beer with Java Cask!
Clean white double IPA.
This style is marked by very high hop bitterness and moderate alcohol content. A high hopping rate and the use of water with high mineral content results in a crisp, dry beer. Golden in color, this beer has a huge hop flavor and bitterness, utilizing cascade, nugget and columbus hops.
We utilize crabapple trees in the orchards to help in pollination of fruit every spring. The red fleshed Dolgo Crabapple lends itself to this wildly tart cider that’s rich in color and aroma with subtle tannins. Limited availability each summer.
This cider sets the standard with a bright, fruit forward flavor profile and a medium sweetness. No added sugars or flavors, just carefully selected apple varieties that are grown, pressed and fermented here at Big Hill.
Like the untamed nature of an epic garage race this Mosaic and Citra hopped IPA creates a wild ride with surprises at every turn – always ending with a super juicy finish. Unleash your inner racer beast!
Smithwick’s is Ireland’s number one ale. Its exceptional taste, distinctive colour and purity of ingredients make it unique. Its rich, satisfying taste has earned it five gold medals in the famous Monde Selection Beer Tasting Competition. Smithwick’s is produced using the finest hops and special roasted, malted barley. In 1998 a new enhanced draught product with improved head retention was launched along with redesigned glassware.
Long toasty days, cool breezy nights and a splash of magic provide the inspiration for the Troegs brothers’ dreamiest Single Batch creation—Dreamweaver Wheat. Combining four wheat types with Munich and Pils malts, noble Saaz hops, and a yeast strain that imparts a spicy, peppery, clove taste with a slight hint of bananas, Dreamweaver Wheat is an unfiltered blast of spicy, mouthwatering joy.
Perpetual IPA (Imperial Pale Ale, not India Pale Ale). In our constant evolution as a brewery, we’ve developed a drive to meld artisanal and mechanical. Perpetual IPA utilizes our hopback and dry-hopping to engineer a bold Imperial Pale Ale. We’re always testing the boundaries of modern brewing.
Ale Brewed With Mango. Each Spring, Hop Growers dust off their pruning shears and trim the first shoots, bolstering the bines for a rich growing season. First Cut – a mouthfeel of silky Simcoe and a touch of mango – is a nod to this ritual, without which the world would be a less happy place.
